Wow...that "eye" stands out very strongly. I have trouble keeping my vision away from it, although I feel motivated to also glance at the pedestrian and bicycle. Both objects imply horizontal motion, and when I let my eyes follow, I find that I am drawn also around the curvature of the white part of the eye and back to the pedestrian.

Overall, I find this to be very interesting piece. the focus is almost too strong, but the horizontal motion lightens it a bit.
